Welcome to the Stampede Registry and as an owner of one too! In answering your question on finding out number of your pony, I would try the FORD Customer Service number and give them your VIN number. They maybe able to tell you about your Stampede and if you are missing the original window sticker and need a copy, there is a link on the site where you can get this.
What's your name and where in OK are you? We know of very few owners from Oklahoma and would enjoy hearing from you and send some photos of your Stampede.

I purchased #471 from the Dodge dealership in Norman a couple of weeks ago. I bought it for my son. He is 14 now, but I will enjoy playing with it for the next few years until he is able to drive it. I will admit, I knew nothing about the Stampede Ed. before purchasing it. We have been looking at Mustangs for a few months. I never could seem to find one that seemed like a good car for a good price. I wasn't interested in putting him in the V8 GT model. I was able to pick this one up for under NADA loan value and it only has 32k miles. Not bad for 4 years...
Here is a pic of him standing by his new pony..
