Welcome!!!  Glad to have you!

Can you verify the stripe and leather colors?  The stripes should be metallic silver (only color for Stampedes) and the leather (if light colored) is probably gray.  If not, then it may be aftermarket.  I'd be interested in finding out though.  Smiley

Dang, wingnut it didnt take you long to get on here. Smiley  Well soon enough you'll be the proud owner of my baby........ Trinity the racing strips are metallic silver, but the leather interior is an off white. Thats the way I bought it from the dealership.

I hate to get rid of it, but at least I know its going to go to someone who is going to take care of her like I did.

That is what we have been working on since the inception of this registry.  We'd be happy to work with you.  Are you accumulating this information for your own use or do you intend to create a registry/listing elsewhere?  Currently we do have a registry form that sends that information to me.  I just need to work on a database...  We are picking up speed but we still have less than 20 cars identified.   You can work with either sktrstangs or myself on gathering this information.   With the exception of Ford and the individuals who created this program I dare say that he (sktrstangs) and myself are the closest thing to an expert as you will find on these cars.

Wingnut,

 Welcome to our registry!

My mileage information you need for your records is: 17,185

This is a great idea you have gathering up information on the Stampede Editions. We look forward to seeing what you come up with and share with us. We are here to help you also and if/when you have questions about something, feel free to ask. Like Reba has said already, we're not the experts here but we are doing our best to find out more from FORD about our ponies.

Keep us posted on your developments, okay? PM me anytime at sktrstangs@tx.rr.com

I had asked about a way to get information about owners of the Stampede Editions from a dealership and with FORD in the past, but they can't release a person's information to the public. I wished now that I would have taken photos and got the serial numbers of the Stampedes sitting on the lot when I bought mine. If I had really thought, I would have ran a full search list of all the Stampede Editions at TX/OK dealers then (dang afterthoughts now). LOL

I am the third owner of the vehicle and the plaque is missing from the dash. Anybody know who I can contact at Ford to determine what number mine is?? Thanks!
